TerraVici’s history dates to 2004 when the company was formed to bridge a drilling services gap with an affordable rotary steerable system for the U.S. land market. The company has since evolved from a small technology development firm into a respected provider of directional services.
Employing some of most talented oilfield engineers and field personnel in the industry, TerraVici manufactures and maintains a fleet of exceptional-quality rotary steerable systems.
The company’s May 2008 acquisition by Helmerich and Payne positions TerraVici for a complete integration of directional services with H&P’s FlexRig® *. The unparalleled communication infrastructure of H&P’s FlexRigs® provides a platform for real-time data transfer to assist in remote operations support and decision-making.
*Contractually, TerraVici will conduct business independently and separately from Helmerich & Payne, Inc.
